Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Reagan and Master P Productions LLC, doing business as Chore Crew ("Chore Crew," "we," "us") about your use of the Chore Crew website at mychorecrew.com and the Chore Crew app on the web, iPhone and Android (together, "Chore Crew"). By using Chore Crew, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Chore Crew.

1. Who can use Chore Crew

Only adults 18 or older may create a household or be invited as a grown-up. Children may use Chore Crew only inside a household created by their parent or legal guardian, who must give permission first. If you add a child, you confirm you are that child's parent or legal guardian and you are responsible for the child's use of Chore Crew.

2. Accounts, PINs and invited grown-ups

• Keep your sign-in and your Grown-up HQ PIN private. Don't share your PIN with your kids.
• The grown-up who creates the household (the owner) is responsible for everyone they invite. Full parents can manage kids, chores, money and settings. Helpers can approve chores only.
• Give accurate information, and keep your email address or mobile number up to date.
• Tell us right away at privacy@reaganandmasterp.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.

3. Chores and safety

You decide which chores go on your household's list, which kids can see them, and whether each chore is safe and suitable for each child. Chore suggestions, the "allowed to do" switches (for example, lawn tools, pool, stove and ladders) and the different looks are helpful tools, not safety guarantees or instructions. Chore Crew does not teach anyone how to do a chore safely. Please supervise your children, teach them how to do chores safely, and follow the instructions and warnings for any tool, appliance or chemical they use.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Chore Crew is not responsible for injury, illness, damage or loss that happens while someone does a chore.

4. Rewards and money

Chore Crew lets you set a reward for each chore and keeps a record of what each child has earned and what you have marked as paid. Chore Crew does not hold, send, receive or transfer money, is not a bank or payment service, and does not create any job or employment relationship. Any payout is between you and your child, in whatever way you choose. Amounts shown are records you control.

5. Photos and other content

• Photo proof is off unless a grown-up turns it on. Photos should show the finished chore, not people. Don't upload photos of anyone without their permission, or anything unsafe, private or inappropriate.
• You keep ownership of what you add to Chore Crew. You give us permission to store it and show it to the grown-ups in your household only to provide Chore Crew, and we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Chore Crew to break the law or hurt anyone; to harass, threaten or exploit anyone, including children; to access another household's information; to copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the service; or to test its security without our written permission. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Text messages

If you choose text message, Chore Crew will text the number you provide with sign-in codes and account alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase. 8. Early preview and changes to the service

Chore Crew is new and still being built. During the early preview, the web app saves your information only in your device's browser; clearing your browser's site data, switching browsers or losing the device deletes it, and we cannot recover it. Features may change, and we may add, change or stop parts of Chore Crew at any time.

9. Fees

Chore Crew is free during the early preview. If we offer paid features later, we will show the price and get your agreement before you are charged. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also covered by their terms.

10. Apps from the Apple App Store and Google Play

If you get Chore Crew from the Apple App Store, you agree that: these Terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for Chore Crew or its content, maintenance, support or any claims about it; if Chore Crew fails to meet a warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of any purchase price, and Apple has no other warranty obligation; Apple is not responsible for handling any claim that Chore Crew infringes someone's rights; you will follow the terms of your wireless carrier and the App Store; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Google Play downloads are also subject to Google's terms.

11. Our rights

Chore Crew, including its name, design, software and content (other than what you add), belongs to us and our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable permission to use Chore Crew for your household under these Terms.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using Chore Crew and delete your household at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts others at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 3, 4, 13, 14, 15 and 16) continue after your account ends.

13. Disclaimer

Chore Crew is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that Chore Crew will always be available, error-free or that information will never be lost.

14. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost data, and our total liability for any claim about Chore Crew is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

15. Your responsibility to us

If someone makes a claim against us because of how you or the children in your household used Chore Crew in breach of these Terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law. If you have a problem, please email us first so we can try to fix it; we will try to resolve it within 30 days. If we can't, any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless it qualifies for small claims court.

17. Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms, we will post the new version here with a new date, and for important changes we will tell you in the app or by email. Using Chore Crew after a change means you accept the new Terms.
